Javier is the founder of Dallas Freelance Video, where he continues to deliver high-quality broadcast and digital video productions.

Rick Leal is a Telly Award winning Producer | Director | Video Journalist who has worked for PBS in Dallas and Ft. Worth. Rick has produced 4 documentaries which have aired at a national level. Leal has been a collaborator with DFV for the past 11 years.
