Javier Sanchez
Javier Sanchez is a four-time Emmy Award–winning and eight-time Telly Award–winning Director, Producer, and Editor with decades of experience in broadcast and digital media. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with major television networks including NBC, ABC, CNN, ESPN, Tennis Channel, Fox Business Network, CMT, NBC Sports, Telemundo, Univision, TV Azteca, and Spectrum News 1.
Known for his storytelling and technical expertise behind the camera, Javier has covered a wide range of events, from major sporting competitions and breaking news to documentaries and special productions.
He is the founder of Dallas Freelance Video, where he continues to lead high-quality broadcast and digital video productions, working with top television networks, organizations, and brands to deliver compelling visual storytelling.

Rick Leal
Rick Leal is a Telly Award–winning Producer, Director, and Video Journalist who has worked with PBS stations in Dallas and Fort Worth. Throughout his career, he has produced four documentaries that have aired nationally, showcasing powerful storytelling and in-depth reporting.
Rick has been a valued collaborator with Dallas Freelance Video for the past 12 years, contributing his expertise in documentary production, directing, and visual journalism to a wide range of broadcast and digital projects.
Jonathan Cruz
Jonathan Cruz is a two-time Emmy Award–winning Video Journalist with extensive experience in broadcast news and storytelling. Throughout his career, he has worked with major television networks including NBC, ABC, CNN, ESPN, Telemundo, and Univision.
Jonathan brings years of field experience capturing compelling stories across news, sports, and special productions. He has been a valued collaborator with Dallas Freelance Video for the past 13 years, contributing his skills in visual storytelling and broadcast production to a wide range of projects.
