High Profile Projects 2010

September

DFV Travels to Long Beach, California to cover The 2010 National Women's Conference. This event is the largest conference for women in the world, more than 140 speakers gathered with over 30,000 women from all walks of life to be inspired.

Attendees included, First Lady Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Jane Fonda, Caroline Kennedy, Diane Sawyer, Goldie Hawn, Mat Lauer & many more. This Historic Conference Sold out all of it's events. Here is a summary of what The DFV Crew experienced.

December

DFV shoots for The Bell Helicopter "Armed Forces Bowl" at SMU's Ford Stadium. The sell out game hosted more than 36,700 fans attended the Bowl Game. Army beat SMU 16-14. Present at the game was NFL Hall of Famer and former SMU running back, Erick Dickerson and other DFW ex football star players.

 August

DFV Crew shoots"Breakthrough With Tony Robbins". The DFW shot The "Rick and Melissa Lawson Episode" for a total of 6 days in Arlington, Tx. Javier was the main camera operator inside the Lawson's House.

In Memory of John Finn (July 23, 1909 - May 27, 2010)

John Finn was The Oldest Living Medal Of Honor recipient, he was the main focus of the documentary "A Hero's Welcome" this film was directed by DFV's Javier Sanchez. Finn passed away on May 27, 2010, in a Chula Vista California Retirement Home (very close to San Diego). Finn received his Medal Of Honor on September 15, 1942 for his actions during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. Mr. John Finn was 100 years old.

 February

DFV Crew, shoots Allan Houston's NBA All-Star Weekend "The Xperience Celebrity Basketball Game" at SMU. The event featured stars like Nelly, Terrell Owens, Chingy, Fabulous, Chamillionaire, Donnie Avery and others. All proceeds benefited The Xperience Outreach Youth Program.
